Based on:

The recommendation of the highest Constituent Assembly in their meeting , which held in the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on September 2013 for the establishment of the Arab Society of Arbitration based in the Arab Republic of Egypt .

The blessing of official bodies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the establishment of the Arab Society for arbitration and obtaining the required permits in September 2013 .

The recommendation of the Committee on Financial and Economic Cooperation and the Council’s legal for the complex in its preparations on the subject.

AAS Supreme Council decided:

Approved the establishment of the Arab Society of Arbitration based in the Arab Republic of Egypt and as extending services to Arab countries in the Middle East and the system of the compound according to formula attached.
