Mitigation strategy of going to the judiciary in various courts in the Arab countries of the Arab Academy included events for arbitration for the support of and alongside the events that put on the shoulders of the ministries, agencies and institutions, civil society and development programs and international aid as well.
Event of the Arab arbitration Society is based on three main themes:
1 - To strengthen the institutional structure to arbitration rather than the judicial authority in the matters that may be arbitrated.
2 - Arbitration and the good governance.
3 - The means of implementation to strengthen the institutional structure , the judicial administration and good governance.
The plan of the Arab Society of arbitration, as well as the detailed program for the recommendations of the General Secretariat are capable of lifting the suffering of businessmen in the judicial side, if implemented as planned. Thus the activities will be carried out the mitigation strategy of going to the entire judiciary in the courts.
But we have to define the basic objectives for each axis of the axes and each axis is complementary to the last , then ask ourselves whether this check the aspirations of the strategy?
In the institutional structure of Arbitration seek to achieve the following objectives:
1 - Reassuring to people in maintaining their rights and against being lost or tolerated .
2 - Create a fair environment for investors and business development.
3 - Eliminate financial and administrative corruption in this area.
4 – Creating a unified system of arbitration in the Arab countries .
In Arbitration and good governance, the goals are:
1 - the efficiency and ethics of the arbitrator / Member of the jury and their assistants .
2 - the good performance of the arbitrators / arbitration committees .
3 - Information Technology and arbitration.
4 - causing provisions to ensure that a causal relationship between facts and judgment.
5 - Quick access to power.
6 - Implementation of the provisions of the arbitration without delay .
In the means of implementation to strengthen the institutional structure of Arbitration and good governance, the goals are:
1 - Sstreamline the arbitration expenses so that they pour into unforeseen events and increase the appropriations for the same purpose.
2 – External Support and external cooperation.
3 - Involvement of society, such as the Bar Association / College of Sharia and Law / Rights, arbitration centers, institutions interested in the legal and judicial studies, human rights institutions.
